**Responsibilities:**
+ Installing and replacing high-end plumbing fixtures like designer faucets, custom showers, soaking tubs, and specialty toilets.
+ Installing complex piping systems, including concealed plumbing, radiant heating systems, and water filtration systems.
+ Troubleshooting and repairing leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues in sophisticated systems.
+ Performing whole-house repiping projects with specialized techniques.
**Qualifications:**
+ Must have basic hand and power tools
+ Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions
+ Able to work in hot and cold environments
+ Capable of lifting equipment over your head, working overhead for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders
+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
+ Position may require a drug screen
