Deux Chats , located in Williamsburg Brooklyn, is a cocktail bar paying homage to old-school classic cocktails, offering a selection of signature martinis. Design for the space is inspired by the famous art nouveau laden brasseries of Paris. The space features a significant raw bar and small plate menu.
The cocktail program is complemented by a vast, international wine list focused on small, artisanal producers, top quality farming and sound vinification practices yielding wines defined by a sense of place, balance and quality.
The venue is operated by Golden Age Hospitality - the hospitality group behind acclaimed NYC venues including Acme, The Happiest Hour, The Nines and Le Dive.
