As a Fractional CFO Consultant, you will work directly with client company founders and their teams as a trusted advisor providing strategic advisory services. Our ideal candidate thrives in a diverse and fast-paced environment, is a self-starter and brings a problem-solving mindset and operational excellence to the table.

What you'll do:

Strategic Advisory:

• Guide CEO's/Founder's on strategy and business plan

Forecasting

• Develop financial models with the support of the Finance Directors/Controllers
• Create KPI dashboards with relevant industry specific metrics

Equity financing :

• Lead and negotiate Series Seed or Series A investment rounds
• Develop pro-forma cap tables for equity financing rounds
• Liaise with attorneys to close equity financing rounds
• Act as point of contact for client investors

Debt financing:

• Determine optimal capital structure and financing needs 
• Contact lenders for term sheets, negotiate and close financing facilities for clients 

M&A (as needed):

• Lead M&A process including negotiating merger agreements and developing funds flow

What you'll bring:

• 20+ years of CFO, PE, or VC experience in tech and consumer products industries
• Experience supporting venture-backed start-ups with fundraising
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Bachelor’s Degree & Master’s Degree required
