What You'll Do:
Offer comprehensive legal counsel on estate planning, including tax law, trusts, wills, and wealth preservation strategies.
Draft, review, and revise key estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Conduct in-depth legal research to stay current on the latest estate planning laws and trends.
Simplify complex legal concepts to ensure clients fully understand their options and implications.
Collaborate with other professionals like financial advisors and accountants to provide clients with a well-rounded estate plan.
Ensure all estate planning activities comply with legal requirements.
Advise clients on effective wealth preservation techniques.
Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering practical, timely, and thoughtful legal guidance.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
At least 5 years of experience as an estate planning attorney.
Licensed to practice law in the state.
Extensive expertise in estate planning, tax law, trusts, and wills.
Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising estate planning documents.
Strong research skills and deep knowledge of legal compliance.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
