**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Asset Management Investment Research Analyst assists in the selection, evaluation, and on-going monitoring of investment managers.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Identifies and recommends investment managers in assigned sub-asset class or classes
+ Performs ongoing due diligence and monitoring of assigned investment managers
+ Recommends managers for inclusion within Regions Asset Management model portfolios
+ Manages relationships with external third-party managers
+ Writes white papers on investment-related topics
+ Conduct research focused on individual securities/issuers when appropriate
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
**Preferences**
+ Master's degree in Business Administration and/or CFA Charter
+ CAIA, CMT, FRM
+ PitchBook
+ Quantitative acumen
**Skills and Competencies**
+ Experience using Bloomberg and/or Factset
+ Proficient in Excel
+ Proficient verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient analytical and quantitative skills
+ Proactive with a drive for knowledge regarding investments of all types

**Compensation Details**
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

**Incentive Pay Plans:**
This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
