About The Role

QbDVision is looking for an Art Director to take the reins of our brand’s visual identity and lead the development of high-impact creative across all channels. Although you will be responsible for day-to-day graphic design, this is not just a production role, it’s a leadership opportunity for a creative visionary who can guide, inspire, and execute.

In this role, you will work with multiple teams across functions to help elevate our brand while taking the helm in creating and managing the visual content that drives our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include concepting, creation, and management of a wide range of graphic design materials, from trade show signage, web graphics and social media graphics to video storyboards and motion graphics tailored for digital platforms. From strategic concepting to hands-on design, you’ll set the creative bar for QbDVision and own the evolution of our brand expression.

This role is ideal for a senior designer or art director ready to make the leap into a more strategic, ownership-driven position within a growing SaaS company transforming the life sciences industry.

What You’ll Own

• Develop, manage, and maintain the overarching creative vision for the QbDVision brand across all platforms.
• Develop and evolve our visual brand guidelines to ensure cohesion across departments and channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and execute visual storytelling ideas.
• Present and articulate design rationale to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, feedback, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Produce engaging graphic design materials for marketing deliverables including signage for trade shows and conferences, email graphics, banner ads, Google ads, website images, social media graphics, video graphics, storyboards, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop Google Slide / PowerPoint presentations for sales enablement activities.
• Ensure consistent and up-to-date branding on all collateral.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion

Requirements

What You Need To Succeed

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior creative, art director, or visual design leadership role.
• A portfolio that showcases brand-level thinking, polished execution, and a wide range of digital and print design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite with a concentration in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects for editing, animation, and design tasks will be considered advantageous.
• Experience editing HTML, CSS, and WordPress platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with presentation software including PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or supplemental experience in graphic/web design and marketing, preferred.
