Scaleability
Helio Planet’s technologically advanced transportable Helio Reactor Unit (HRU) with Low Temperature Natural Extraction (LTNE) waste processing innovation redefines the balance between economics, sustainability and the environment.
This unique transportable building block configuration creates an infinite scaleable capability.
Each individual HRU can be grouped into a HRU cluster comprising of up-to 20 units (HRU20).
The standard configurations are:
- HRU10 (ten HRU configuration)
- HRU15 (fifteen HRU configuration)
- HRU20 (twenty HRU configuration)
These clusters form efficient waste processing plants capable of processing large-volumes of waste feedstock.
HRU clusters are also flexible in configuration and can accommodate any site restrictions and additional add-on facilities such as:
- utility areas
- onsite commodity storage (water, bio-gas, bio-oil, bio-char)
- onsite energy storage
- onsite battery charging facility
- onsite wholesale fertiliser manufacturing facility
Each HRU cluster can be grouped into a multi-cluster configurations with capabilities of processing massive-volumes of daily waste feedstock from local communities or megacities.
The essence of the multi-cluster configuration is not only the input volume processing capability but its operational runtime efficiency.
Any maintenance issues are localised and dealt with quickly and easily. As maintenance issues are localised to each HRU unit the operational uptime of the entire cluster is kept at a maximum. In case of a catastrophic event in a single HRU it is simply totally replaced with a new unit without effecting the continued operation of the remaining cluster. While the faulty unit is replaced the remaining units in the cluster are still performing to maximum capacity without effecting the input processing of the waste volume.
