We are looking for a **detail-oriented and experienced Website QA Tester** to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of quality across our eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in website testing, an understanding of eCommerce functionality, and experience working in fast-paced digital environments—preferably with agencies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform a wide range of testing types including exploratory, functional, black box, browser compatibility, usability, end-to-end, user acceptance, and regression testing.
* Validate and verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across eCommerce websites, backend systems, and internal applications.
* Work closely with the QA team to create, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.
* Analyze test results, document defects, and ensure timely resolution and re-testing of issues.
* Continuously improve test documentation and contribute to QA best practices.
* Provide QA support during scheduled deployments and releases.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and designers in an agile environment.
* Participate in sprint planning, form test-related tasks, and provide time estimates for QA activities.
✅ **Requirements:**
* **3+ years of experience** in Quality Assurance or website testing, with a strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and user behavior.
* Previous **agency experience** is a strong plus.
* Hands-on experience with **Shopify or BigCommerce**, **Jira**, **BrowserStack**, and **GitHub**.
* Solid understanding of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and the use of browser **Developer Tools** for debugging.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
