As VP of Product (US), you’ll be part of a wider global leadership team that values bold thinking, customer obsession, and relentless innovation. Requirements

How you’ll have an impact:

• Own the Vision – Define and execute the product strategy for enterprise customers in the US and adjacent markets
• Lead Innovation – Use experimentation, data-driven insights, and customer feedback to create products that make a real impact
• Solve Complex Challenges – Address product scalability, user experience, and market positioning to strengthen our presence in the US
• Scale a Global Business – Be a key driver in expanding our US market footprint, growing revenue, and enhancing customer value.

What You’ll Do

• Define & Execute Product Strategy – Shape a compelling vision and roadmap, aligning with business growth objectives
• Leverage Data & Market Insights – Identify opportunities, analyze trends, and drive informed decision-making
• Innovate & Experiment – Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and refine product offerings
• Lead & Inspire – Mentor and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Engage Stakeholders – Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and partners, influencing strategy with data-driven insights
• Optimize & Measure Success – Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine strategies to maximize impact.

What you’ll bring

• Proven strategic product leadership in a high-growth technology company
• Experience in corporate business travel tech, with a deep understanding of industry trends, and market dynamics
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills to optimize performance and inform strategy
• Expertise in experimentation and product innovation, balancing long-term vision with agile execution
• Exceptional leadership & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results
• Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for solving complex challenges in a fast-paced tech environment
