Job Details - Draft basic estate planning documents including wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Prepare advanced irrevocable trusts such as SLATs, ILITs, and GRATs
- Administer estates, including probate proceedings and trust administration
- Collaborate with the trust and estate team to service clients and manage files
- Optionally handle or support trust and estate litigation matters
Looking For
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with a focus on trusts & estates, estate planning
- Experience in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare documents
- Strong background in advanced estate planning techniques including irrevocable trusts (SLATs, ILITs, GRATs)
- Proven ability or experience with estate administration and optional litigation support
