Job Title: SWE: Fullstack Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (US, Canada, Australia, or Western Europe only)

Employment Type: Contractor

Work Hours: Flexible, 10 40 hrs/week (partial PST overlap required)

Duration: 1 month (potential extension based on performance)

You'll join one of the world's fast-growing AI teams, developing high-quality datasets and tools to advance how Large Language Models (LLMs) engage with real-world software engineering tasks. Work will include helping models navigate complex code bases and creating agents to improve model performance in scenarios like home automation or coding copilots.

• Lead and deliver end-to-end agent use cases (e.g., automation assistants, copilots, creative design agents)

• Review and compare multiple model-generated code responses per task using structured ranking criteria

• Evaluate code diffs for correctness, code quality, style, and efficiency; provide clear rationales for each ranking

• Collaborate with the team to identify edge cases and ambiguities in LLM model behavior

• Work across diverse project areas centered on improving LLMs' interaction with real-world software

• Minimum 5 years overall software engineering experience

• Full-stack expertise: Proven experience designing, building, and deploying scalable production-grade applications using modern languages, frameworks, and architectures

• Demonstrated ability to assess code quality, correctness, maintainability, and efficiency via code review

• Deep knowledge of software architecture, debugging, and development best practices

• Excellent written/oral communication: Capable of clear evaluation rationales and effective collaboration

• Minimum experience at top-tier product company:

  • For US-based candidates: At least 1 continuous year as a full-time employee at a top 50 tech company

  • For other eligible regions: At least 2 continuous years as a full-time employee at a top 50 tech company

• Location: Candidates must be legally eligible and reside in US, Canada, Australia or specified Western European countries. No exceptions for H-1B or non-permanent employment status.

• Role Specifics:

  • Software Engineer backgrounds only (NOT Data Scientist or hybrid roles)

  • Must NOT have worked as contractor or part-time at the top 50 companies-full-time ONLY

  • Resume must include a verified LinkedIn profile link

• Flexible contractor commitment (10 40 hrs/week, must overlap partially with US Pacific time zone hours)

• No medical or paid leave; hourly professional classification

• Initial 1-month contract, extension possible based on performance and fit

• Min. 5 years software engineering experience

• Authorized to work and currently located in US, Canada, Australia, or allowed Western Europe countries

• At least 1 year (USA) or 2 years (Canada, Australia, Western Europe) full-time at top 50 tech company (no contractors/part-time)

• No Data Scientist roles/experience

• Valid, verified LinkedIn profile included on resume

• Candidates on H-1B or without current work authorization cannot be considered
