14000 – SharePoint Administrator (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: The candidate must reside in Tallahassee, or the surrounding area, and report in office 5 days a week.
Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in
Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises administration, including site management, permissions, and content management
• Experience supporting Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft products, including Office 365, OneDrive, and Teams, in an extensive environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving system, application, and integration issues for Power Platform and SharePoint;
• Experience creating and maintaining user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles;
• Experience with IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket management and incident resolution.
Preferred: • Experience with IIS Administration
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manages, maintains, and troubleshoots the Power Platform applications and the SharePoint on-premises and online server environments to ensure security, availability, and performance;
• Establishes new Power Platform and SharePoint system specifications by consulting with users and analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements;
• Upgrades SharePoint systems by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements;
• Provides user support and resolves incidents related to Power Platform and SharePoint functionality, permissions, and access control;
• Assists Power Platform users with simple applications, automated workflows, and dashboards;
• Performs regular site audits, monitors usage, and ensures optimal performance for SharePoint;
• Generates reports on usage, issues, and ticket resolutions for Power Platform and SharePoint
