We are excited to expand our team and are currently looking for an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney with a passion for providing exceptional legal services. If you have over 5 years of experience as a senior attorney in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, we'd love to hear from you!

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a talented team. You will be integral to managing a variety of cases while mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals. Compensation:
$180,000 - $200,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting comprehensive estate planning documents.
Leading probate and trust administration cases from start to finish.
Supervising junior attorneys and paralegals to ensure high-quality service.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Contributing to business development initiatives to grow the firm's client base.

Ideal Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
A 4-year bachelor's degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to local and state bar associations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with time management and interpersonal abilities.
