The Headlines:
In the role of Security Supervisor-East working in Milwaukee, you will be part of the corporate security team and have overall security responsibility for specific Molson Coors Beverage Company facilities. This position will be responsible for ensuring Molson Coors Beverage Company Corporate Security policies, procedures, and industry standards are implemented by partnering with key facility stakeholders and driving top performance from our contract security partners.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Security Operations & Investigations and works closely with contract security personnel, key facility stakeholders such as site management, human resources, ethics and compliance, environmental health and safety, guest relations, and external vendors.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $60,900.00- $80,000.00(posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
