CMC is currently seeking a SAP Security and GRC Administrator for driving the design and execution of technical projects, daily administrative support in an efficient and thorough manner. The candidate must understand SAP Platform Security and compliance frameworks  with a passion for implementing new security concepts at CMC. They should possess knowledge in role/user creation, cleanup, maintenance, and implementation of security tools such as GRC or other industry best practices. Experience with SAP S4, Fiori and BTP Platform security is a plus.

This role is part of a global team so individual will coordinator & communicate work with the teams across the globe to ensure consistent service to CMC’s internal/external customers and auditors.  This is a great opportunity to get exposure and hands on experience with core SAP Systems and also preparation to move to S/4 platform in near future.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles and profiles on various SAP platforms such as ECC, S4, GRC, Fiori, BTP, Integration Suit, HANA, BW
• Monitor and maintain SAP system security, including user access and authorization.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations of core SAP ABAP, Portal, GRC & Integration systems.
• Daily administration of new and existing SAP systems, data security, managing security for bolt-on tools to SAP systems based on CMC IT Policy and Security framework.
• Perform maintenance and updates for UAOBT_C and SU24, ensuring accurate role definitions and authorization checks.
• Process Requests in GRC – Access Controls, Administration of Firefighter Tool and SOD Risk Analysis
• Perform Privilege Access and User Access Reviews
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. Understanding who has decision rights for security and control matters and helps facilitate necessary decisions in a timely manner.
• Working with internal controls and audit on IT Security Policy, Remediation, Mitigation of various security related issues
• Support security audits and risk assessments. Work on ITGC control requirements and ensure SOPs are followed per guidelines and facilitate security deliverables.
• HR-related SAP security tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Security administration tasks on SAP Support Portal and User License Management.
• Provide support for SAP Security incidents and troubleshooting.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years hands on SAP Security administration experience; predominantly in SAP ABAP/Portal Security, SAP GRC with Access control.
• Required Internal / External Audit experience
• SAP support and project rollout experience.
• Knowledge of Fiori and S/4 HANA suite of applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and take initiative independently
• Able to adapt in a changing technology and work environment.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with a global team.
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal

Your Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field; or equivalent experience required.
