JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Planner L3 Systems & Test LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK PAY RATE: $50.50/hour We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client. Summary: ~ Support the B-52J Commercial Engine Replacement Program. Create, revise, and review build and installation plans for B-52J modifications. Develop detailed work instructions for component, system, and assembly installation. Maintain and update production and process documentation; ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements. Interpret engineering drawings, modifications, and related source data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global Boeing sites. Support AS9100D quality management system compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting cost, performance, or schedule. Guide and mentor team members; contribute to project execution. Requirements: Able to obtain a clearance post-start. Associate + 3+ years' experience, or Bachelor's + 1+ year, or 5+ years of relevant experience. 1+ year experience in aircraft wiring, structures, or systems installation and planning. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR). Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years in aircraft modifications. Experience with installation work instructions, producibility reviews, and issue troubleshooting. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Familiarity with GOLDesp, CATIAV5, IVT, MANTIS, ADO, CMPRO, EBOM/MBOM reconciliation, and Manufacturing Readiness Assessments.
