Production Manager - Maintenance Department

Job Summary
Aloha Aina Landscaping is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee the Maintenance Department’s operations on Oahu. The Production Manager will lead a team of maintenance crew members, ensuring high-quality landscaping services that align with our commitment to sustainable landscaping practices. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work performance.
• Project Oversight : Plan and manage maintenance projects, including lawn care, irrigation checks,pest control, pruning and detailing of landscape plantings. Ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets Aloha Aina’s standards of excellence and aligns with sustainable landscaping practices.
• Resource Management : Oversee the allocation of equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring crews are properly equipped and resources are used efficiently.
• Client Relations : Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with maintenance services.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members are trained in proper equipment use and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance in a leadership role, horticulture, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping maintenance techniques, including irrigation systems, plant care, and sustainable practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Familiarity with Oahu horticulture, pest management, plant ID, sprinkler basics, and overall plant Health care. 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate landscaping equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certification in landscaping, arboriculture, or related fields is a plus.
