RATES: Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly $250 - Per hour, not OT Holiday $375 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour, no OT Nightly Call $600 - Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis Holiday Nightly Call - $900 - "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis On Call (Daily) $1700 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis" 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $2550 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis" Call Back $250 Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms. Holiday Call Back $375 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms. Summary: Assist with the inpatient management of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery patients including preoperative, perioperative and postoperative care. Rotating 24 hour First Call for the CVT service among two First assist in CVT surgeries. Round on inpatients, coordinate interdisciplinary care with Medical teams. Consult on ER patients, providing diagnosis, appropriate plan of care and referrals as appropriate. Order, interpret and analyze diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications as necessary. Works within a multidisciplinary team. Additional duties as assigned by leadership. Schedule/Availability Requirements: We will be looking for locums to start 9/25/25 and would prefer blocks of availability (2-3 months) at a time in order for the team to become comfortable with the locum. Warm Springs, Las Vegas, NV Setting: Acute care hospital Duties: see above Days per month: 15-20 Required Procedures: All first assist capabilities for complex surgical procedures. Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 3 months for hospital credentialing Requirements: must be able to have obtain hospital credentials at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and have a PA or NP license in good standing. Must also have NV CS licensure for the NV Board of Pharmacy Credentialing with other facilities? Siena Campus Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less ?
