Envision yourself as an HVAC Systems Engineer , partnering with the engineering manager and our dedicated team to drive the creation of groundbreaking mechanical designs. Main Responsibilities:

• Engineer bespoke dehumidification systems by leveraging in-house, vendor, and SolidWorks design platforms.
  • Craft detailed production drawings.
  • Lead design reviews with manufacturing before final design releases.
  • Maintain updated documentation and BOM management.
• Compile submittal packages using Adobe Pro PDF for client approval.
• Partake actively in R&D and NPD efforts, fostering innovation.
• Draft procedures and set benchmarks for production.
• Proactively identify continual improvement avenues and develop action strategies.
• Respond to field service and customer inquiries with technical expertise and support.

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with accreditation.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a mechanical engineer capacity.
• Mastery in SolidWorks usage.
• Ability to design and assemble sheet metal components.
• HVAC or refrigeration system proficiency.
• Skilled in writing technical documents.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of teamwork and strategy.
• Commitment to delivering quality results with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges.
• Capacity to manage workload intensity efficiently.
• Promote a collaborative workplace culture.

Preferred Expertise:

• 3+ years in HVAC or Refrigeration design.
• Proven experience in metal part and structural design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of principles like thermodynamics.
• Experience with software such as FEA, CFD for load calculations.
• Competent in independent system design involving heat load calculations.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Background in lean processes and robust problem-solving.

This full-time position spans 5-10 years of experience with competitive salary based on expertise, offering benefits like health insurance, PTO, professional growth opportunities, and more. The work schedule is condensed: Monday-Thursday (40 hours), with potential for overtime and limited travel.
