Responsibilities
~Provide patient care in a compassionate and respectful manner, following HIPAA guidelines at all times.
~Assist clients with activities of daily living and provide caregiving support in a Group Home setting, ~Assisted Living, or Long Term Care Facility.
~Utilize premium skills utilized in the last six months such as assisted living experience, tube feeding, and ~Alzheimer's care to meet the specific needs of patients.
~Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding
in all interactions.
~Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure proper care and support for patients, utilizing medical
terminology and knowledge of medical records.
~Maintain a clean and organized environment, assist with meal preparation, and document medical
information accurately using EHR systems.
