The Healthcare Branch Sales Manager is responsible for servicing and developing client and contractor needs and business. They will implement Company processes, to expediently fill client job orders with appropriately matched professionals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee and participate in high-volume phone activity needed to fill assigned job orders
* Evaluate and forecast client needs and contractor availability
* Build contractor database by conducting interviews and completing intakes
* Increase billable hours by generating client business and obtaining contractor leads
* Resolve client service challenges: respond to complaints and inquiries, clarify and determine the cause of challenges, and conduct follow-up to ensure resolution
* Ensure integrity of file completion process through verification of Contractor's credentials

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting or staffing experience in healthcare, mental or behavioral health
* Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
* Proficient technical skills in Word and Excel
