Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually + Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring quality food and excellent customer service
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee P&L, cost control, and profitability goals
• Uphold store cleanliness and operational standards
• Drive sales growth through effective leadership and teamwork

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in food service or restaurant management
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Positive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver’s License required
• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
