General Laborer

Location: North Charleston, SC 29418

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

About the Role:

As a Team Captain – Junk Removal , you will lead job site execution, motivate your team, and ensure a professional and efficient experience for every customer. You’ll be the main point of contact onsite, keeping the job moving smoothly while setting a great example.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and direct crew members on junk removal jobs
2. Communicate effectively with customers and team to ensure a positive experience
3. Lift, carry, and remove heavy items (furniture, debris, appliances – up to 75 lbs)
4. Track job progress, update systems, and ensure completion of tasks
5. Encourage and model positive, team-oriented behavior
6. Maintain job site and equipment cleanliness and safety
7. Promote brand image and request positive Google reviews when appropriate

What We’re Looking For:

1. 18+ years old
2. Leadership skills or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role
3. Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs repeatedly
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
6. Valid driver’s license preferred , but not required
7. Prior moving, junk removal, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus

Schedule & Pay:

1. Day shifts
2. Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
3. $14.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and performance
4. Tips, bonuses, and incentives available
