Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and highly organized  Project Manager / Delivery Driver to join our team. This dual-role position plays a vital part in both the logistical and operational sides of our furniture refinishing business. A key responsibility will be  safely and professionally performing furniture pickups and deliveries , often being the face of our company during customer interactions. In addition, you’ll manage the flow of refinishing and repair projects — from creating quotes and coordinating with clients to helping select finishes and hardware. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, interacting with customers, and keeping multiple projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Pickup:
• Safely pick up and deliver furniture to and from client locations.
• Load, unload, and transport items with care and professionalism.
• Project Management:
• Provide detailed quotes for refinishing and repair work.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist in selecting colors, finishes, and hardware.
• Maintain accurate records of project details and timelines.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for pickup, delivery, and consultations.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Shop Coordination:
• Keep track of furniture status and progress through the shop.
• Ensure inventory of hardware, materials, and supplies is organized and up to date.
• Work closely with refinishing and repair team to monitor job flow and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience driving delivery vehicles and handling furniture preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing top-tier service
• Ability to lift, move, and handle furniture safely
• Detail-oriented with an eye for design and color a plus
• Experience with quoting or estimating project work is a bonus
• Basic computer skills for email, scheduling, and documentation
