Job Description

Summary

Description

Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant impact in the industry? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Real Estate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct in-depth market analysis, and assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating clients through the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring a seamless and successful experience. If you have strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. Become part of an innovative team that values collaboration, growth, and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate Relationships with Builders and Contractors – Proactively engage with builders, subcontractors, and landowners to ensure they are familiar with you and your services.
  • Assist New Construction Buyers – Serve as the trusted advisor for clients navigating the selection of finishes, understanding timelines, and prioritizing key aspects of their dream home construction. Be prepared to manage stress effectively.
  • Conduct Client Consultations – Provide a steady presence for clients, helping them identify their priorities and alleviating concerns about minor issues that may arise during the building process.
  • Oversee Project Management – Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met, updates are communicated, and coordination is seamless. Strong multitasking skills are essential.
  • Maintain Professionalism – Interact with builders and discerning clients with a polished appearance, clear communication, and a positive attitude. Consistently uphold high standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License in MN or WI
  • Expert Knowledge Required – Familiarity with R-values, blower door tests, and framing schedules is essential. If these terms are foreign to you, this role may not be the right fit.
  • Real Estate Experience – This position is not for beginners. You should have a background in new construction or possess the expertise to quickly adapt. If you lack this, please reconsider applying.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly explain the importance of details like window trim choices or inspection significance to clients. If navigating challenging conversations isn't your strength, this may not be the role for you.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills – Beyond managing a calendar, you must ensure no detail is overlooked in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Appearance – While formal attire isn't necessary, dressing appropriately is important. Casual wear like sweatpants may not be well-received.

If you're eager to break away from routine and are ready to guide clients through the intricacies of new construction, manage tight deadlines, and collaborate with contractors, we want to hear from you. This role is for someone well-versed in the building process and unafraid of hands-on work. If you believe you have the skills and determination, we invite you to apply. We're ready when you are.
