Job Description

The North Edmond Chick-fil-A is looking to add an outgoing and friendly individual to serve as the Marketing & Catering Assistant. The ideal candidate is reliable, committed to guest service and the guest experience, has great time management and is able to work independently. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, social media management, catering management, donations, and the planning and execution of community and store events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Catering orders
• Communicate with Catering guests before & after catering events.
• Build relationships with Catering guests in the community
• Must be able to deliver Catering orders if needed
• Communication: lead catering teams via GroupMe, manage catering calls via Grasshopper, and keep track of events on our store calendar
• Schedule and execute store events while coordinating with operations
• Work with other members of the marketing and operations team to successfully execute, vendor, and market opportunities at off-site locations
• Social/Digital Media: Maintaining Google, Facebook, Instagram, and the Chick-fil-A of Edmond website
• Local Store Presence: Assist and demonstrate effectiveness of maximizing “Emotional Connections” opportunities for two stores in the Edmond area
• Organization Growth: Assist and guide the operations team with seasonal promotions
• Accompany our cow mascot to various events in the community

Requirements:

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
