Job Description

Our Back Office specialist should also make sure customers get exceptional customer service and an amazing customer experience. Provide critical business support for operational activities of the epay’s Retailer Support team. The primary responsibility is maintaining high service levels. The position coordinates with Finance staff, Sales Managers, Operations & Integrated system providers.

Requirements

§ Collaborates with their Supervisor on re-engineering processes that will improve the efficiency of workflows and enhance the client experience with account transitions.

§ Handles escalated issues and follow up on outstanding issues promptly.

§ Problem-solving skills.

§ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

§ Must be process-oriented with attention to detail.

§ Self-directed and independent with assignments but works as a team player.

§ Being able to speak clearly, write and communicate effectively with our company’s Operation management and retailers directly.

§ Excellent customer service skills.

§ Strong work ethic and a high energy level

§ Intermediate Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office knowledge.

§ Proficient in English.

Job Dynamics

§ On-Site Only

§ Night shift schedule required from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (1 hr. earlier during daylight saving Australia) - 39 hours a week)

§ Back-office admin work

§ Days off: Friday & Saturday

§ 1 Short Day – Early leave
