We are seeking an innovative, data-driven Associate Manager, eCommerce Merchandising – Walmart to support our growing digital commerce strategy. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the digital shelf presence, merchandising performance, and sales growth for Walmart.com. This position will focus on the development and execution of best-in-class product page content and digital merchandising strategies that bring our iconic and new brands to life on site. 

Location: Pawtucket, RI. Hybrid role 3 days on-site

A  day in the life as an Associate Manager, eCommerce Merchandising:

Merchandising Execution:

• Manage and optimize product content and digital shelf discoverability on Walmart.com using PIM and syndication tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e-marketing and sales) to ensure timely execution of new product launches, brand pages and other marketing initiatives.
• Own the Walmart.com product detail page experience by maintaining high-quality images, titles, descriptions, and enhanced content that drive traffic and conversion.
  Support asset syndication and product page merchandising on various other accounts as needed.

Data & Performance Analysis:

• Monitor key KPIs such as conversion rates, search rankings and content health scores.
• Analyze merchandising data and customer behavior insights to make recommendations that improve performance and drive incremental sales.

Collaboration & Partnership:

• Serve as the day-to-day advocate for Walmart’s eCommerce merchandising needs for internal creative and brand partners.
• Collaborate with item setup, sales and marketing teams to resolve ad-hoc issues and ensure seamless product availability on site.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or digital retail, preferably with Walmart.com or similar mass retail platforms ·
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar for data reporting.
• Experience with content syndication platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, ChannelAdvisor).
• Knowledge of retail media platforms and SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the toy, entertainment, or consumer packaged goods industry
• Familiarity with Walmart Luminate, Item 360, or other retailer tools

The base salary range for this position is $64,000.00 to $96,000.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
