Job Description:
We are seeking an Advanced Planning Document Writer to support the Medicaid Enterprise System Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Advanced Planning Documents and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with CMS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Advanced Planning Documents for federal financial proposals.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Facilitate document review meetings and ensure timely submissions.
• Perform technical writing, editing, and proofreading of documentation.
• Create and deliver presentations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in developing Advanced Planning Documents.
• Expert knowledge of Medicaid Eligibility and NC FAST.
• Proficiency in project collaboration tools (Microsoft Project, MS Teams).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
